The boys looked good to start the game and were looking to switch the point of attack using the width.  Although having more of the postion we showed some weakness defending 1v1 that can be corrected with containment.  The boys had a number of opportunities, but had trouble finishing in the first half.  Coming out in the second half the we gave up an early goal showing some lack of concentration, but the boys continued to fight back and scored some really nice goals in the 2nd half. We had a number of opportunities, but struggled to not conceed a goal after scoring ourself.    Overall they played well and showed improvement from the start of the game to the end.

It is great to see that some of the things from practice are beginning to click in the games.  The boys kept overall good shape across the back and looked to switch the ball from one side of the field to the other.  Hopefully our next time out luck is on our side finishing and we play more disciplined defensively.  Both of these things would lead to a better end result.
