The Referee Program
The Norwin Soccer Club In-House Referee program is he beginning of the Grassroots referee program for the USSF. This is a great entry level program for any youth age 12 or older that has interest in a future in officiating soccer.
The structure of this program is a 1 day in person education session on the rules of soccer and NSC In-House playing rules. The trainees will then attend a refresher course to review rules and work on referee mechanics needed to officiate soccer.
The goal of this program is to educate the youth on the laws of the game and teach confidence, leadership, professionalism and responsibility.
Training programs occur in the Winter before the Spring season and Summer before the fall season.
